Research focus:
- 1. Application of bioinformatic methods to the analysis of patient-centric cancer omics data (mainly genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic data) to find gene targets and improve molecular therapies.
- 2. Application of bioinformatic and machine learning methods and algorithms to find cancer biomarkers and uncover driver genes of tumor and metastasis, including master regulators.
- 3. Construction and analysis of human gene & protein networks in healthy states and in pathological states, protein-protein interaction mapping, interactomes: network biology focused on human normal versus malignant states.
