
Call for proposals aimed at funding community-based projects for groups of primary care professionals, as well as nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), civic associations, foundations, cooperatives, community groups, and any other group or entity that, through this initiative, promotes community health in Castile and León.
Characteristics of Eligible Projects
- They focus on improving the health and well-being of the community or certain vulnerable groups.
- They actively involve the community in all phases of the project.
- They are tailored to social, demographic, and territorial characteristics with a focus on equity.
- They emphasize interdisciplinary work and collaboration with other stakeholders, organizations, and the public.
- They include evaluation and monitoring mechanisms to measure impact and improve outcomes.
- They are considering continuing the project beyond the initial funding period.
- They promote comprehensive interventions addressing various aspects of health and well-being.
- Conducted in 2025–2026 or currently underway but with some evaluated results, even though their development may continue through 2026 or beyond.
