Course organized by IBSAL (Salamanca Biomedical Research Institute) as part of the iBRAINS-INCyL Unit of Excellence.
In-Person Course: “Introduction to Macro Development with FIJI/ImageJ”
Objective:
The main objective of the course is to provide training in developing macros in FIJI/ImageJ to automate image analysis and maximize data extraction.
Specific objectives:
- Understand the fundamental concepts and uses of macros in FIJI/ImageJ.
- Learn how to record and create macros to automate repetitive tasks in image analysis.
- Master the elements of the FIJI macro language (variables, operators, conditionals, functions).
- Use macros to develop semi-automated workflows for analyzing microscopy images.
