The work program for the Cancer Missions under Horizon Europe has been published: Horizon Europe 2023–2025 Work Program: Missions and Cross-cutting Activities.
These are single-phase calls for proposals, aimed at international multidisciplinary consortia, which must submit a proposal in accordance with the specifications for each topic.
Admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and the necessary documents are described in the General Annexes.

HORIZON-MISS-2025-02-CANCER-01: Sustained collaboration among national and regional cancer funders to support the Cancer Mission through translational research
HORIZON-MISS-2025-02-CANCER-02: Understanding the Effects of Environmental Exposure on the Risk of Cancers in Children, Adolescents, and Young Adults
HORIZON-MISS-2025-02-CANCER-03: Innovative surgery as the cornerstone of affordable multimodal therapeutic interventions for cancer patients with locally advanced or metastatic disease

Requirements:
These calls for proposals are aimed at multidisciplinary European consortia. Unless otherwise specified in the specific conditions of the call, only legal entities that form a consortium will be eligible to participate in the actions, provided that the consortium includes, as beneficiaries, three legal entities that are independent of one another, each established in a different country, in accordance with the following criteria:

at least one independent legal entity established in a Member State; and
-
at least two other independent legal entities, each established in different Member States or Associated Countries.
Legal entities established in Russia, Belarus, or in territories of Ukraine not controlled by the government are not eligible.
How to apply
Applications consist of two sections:
-Part A (to be completed online) contains administrative information related to the consortium, the budget, and specific details of the call for proposals.
-Part B (a template downloaded from the Commission’s website must be completed) contains the scientific and technical aspects of the project.
