The Clara Campoamor Women’s Center, run by the City of Salamanca, is hosting the “Health and Women” lecture series, an educational and awareness-raising initiative organized by the Municipal School of Equality. With free admission and open to the general public, the talks are specifically aimed at women, professionals, and students in the health and social services fields who wish to explore key issues related to women’s health in greater depth.
On May 15, at 11:00 a.m., María Candelas Pérez del Villar Moro, a researcher at the Salamanca Institute for Biomedical Research (IBSAL), will speak on the topic “Cardiology and Women.”
