Objective
The purpose of this call for proposals is to promote initiatives (projects) aimed specifically at people in socially vulnerable situations, with the goal of fostering social inclusion, promoting equal opportunities, and improving quality of life. The call for proposals also seeks to advance the creation of a more just, inclusive, equitable, and compassionate society by fostering social cohesion.

Evaluation Criteria
Projects must be aligned with the main objective of the call for proposals and, therefore:
— These must be initiatives specifically aimed at people in socially vulnerable situations, with the goal of promoting social inclusion, equal opportunities, and an improved quality of life.
— These initiatives should also seek to advance the creation of a more just, inclusive, equitable, and compassionate society, fostering social cohesion.
In general, projects that incorporate the following approaches will be viewed favorably:
- Multiple vulnerabilities, intersectionality, gender perspective
- Support, empowerment, participation
- Networking, collaboration with government agencies, participatory community processes
Eligible Entities
The organizations eligible to apply for the call for proposals are:
– Nonprofit organizations
– Social economyentities ,whether for-profit or nonprofit, whose articles of incorporation explicitly state social cohesion or social and/or cultural interests as their primary objective among the purposes listed therein (as defined in the glossary of the call for proposals)
Public administrations are excluded from this call for proposals.
Funding and Duration
— Projects submitted in response to the call for proposals may apply for grants of up to 50,000€.
— The amount must be tied to the implementation of a project lasting up to 12 months.
The amount requested may not exceed 75% of the total cost of the project. If the project is selected, the entity agrees to contribute at least 25% of the total cost
of the project using its own funds or third-party funds.
In the case of corporate foundations, public-sector foundations, and labor foundations, the amount requested may not exceed 50% of the total project cost, and the
organization agrees to contribute at least 50% of the total project cost using its own funds or third-party funds
Submission of the Application
The deadline for submitting projects will be from May 12, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., to June 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
