In-Person Course: “A Practical Introduction to Microscopic Image Analysis with Fiji/ImageJ”
Objective:
The overall objective of the course is to provide students and researchers with the knowledge and skills necessary to process and analyze microscopy images using the FIJI/ImageJ software.
Specific objectives:
- Understand the basic and advanced features of the ImageJ/FIJI software.
- Understanding the Basics of Scientific Digital Imaging
- Acquire the skills to design digital image quantification protocols: object analysis, counting and morphology, and labeling and colocalization analysis.

In order to successfully complete the course and receive the relevant certificate, it is necessary to complete 80% of the total program.
Each student must bring their own computer.
