HRS4R at IBSAL

The Institute of Biomedical Research of Salamanca (IBSAL) obtained the European Logo of Excellence in Human Resources in Research “HR Excellence in Research” in 2019. Since then, it has launched an Action Plan aimed at implementing improvements in the management of human resources in research and in the implementation of the criteria of the European Charter for Researchers, which also involves aspects related to ethics, open science, gender equality, among others.

This Action Plan has a compliance period of five years, which has just ended, and after which the European Commission will visit the IBSAL to verify the degree of implementation of the Action Plan and certify the accreditation of the organization for another additional period of time.
