Essential Requirements

• Hold Spanish nationality or that of any Member State of the European Union, or any nationality that, pursuant to international treaties entered into by the European Union and ratified by Spain, is applicable to the free movement of workers. Foreign nationals of any nationality who are legally residing in Spain and who also hold a valid work permit may also apply for this call for applications.
• Be at least 18 years old and not have exceeded the minimum retirement age. For degrees obtained abroad, you must apply to the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports for recognition.
• Individuals with a disability rating of 33% or higher may participate in this selection process on an equal footing with other applicants; this circumstance must be indicated on the application.
• Hold aPh. . in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Nursing, Physical Therapy, or Health Sciences.
• The candidate must have sufficient time available to enter into and maintain the contract for its intended three-year term, without under any circumstances exceeding the maximum limit established in Article 22 of Law 14/2011.
• Hold a certificate of accredited training in the handling and care of laboratory animals.

Responsibilities

• Biochemical assays on biological samples—ELISA, Western blot, PCR—Cell cultures—In vivo experimental models and collection of biological samples (urine, blood, tissues)—Statistical analysis of data.
