If you, as a stakeholder of IBSAL, wish to report criminal, unethical or irregular behavior within the organization itself, its employees or third parties who have any relationship with the institution, you have at your disposal this channel for complaints.

- Food and feed safety, animal health and animal welfare
- Financial services, products and markets, and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
Any processing of personal data carried out as a result of the application of this Channel, will be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Directive (EU) 2016/680. In turn, we must take into account Article 24 of the LOPDGDD, which complements the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and regulates the complaints system.
