Institutional information
The updated IBSAL agreement is published in the Official State Gazette of July 2, 2026.
This agreement updates the regulations governing IBSAL, establishing the legal framework that governs its organization, operations, and collaboration among its member entities: the Regional Health Authority, the University of Salamanca, the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), and the Salamanca Biomedical Research Foundation (FIBSAL), the entity responsible for the financial and administrative management of the Institute’s research and innovation.
