Objective:

To raise awareness and improve healthcare workers’ knowledge of the donation and transplantation process.

Specific objectives:

Improving the identification of potential donors at the facilities of the Salamanca Healthcare Complex

Dissemination of the Maastricht III protocol and procedure for donation in cases of asystole.

Updates on the care and support of potential donors. Improving healthcare staff’s skills in interacting with the donor’s family.

Note: HUS staff who are not affiliated with IBSAL must register through the GESTION@FC training application: www.salud.jcyl.es/gestio@fc

The pre-registration period for IBSAL staff runs through Friday, October 1, via our website.

In order to successfully complete the course and receive the relevant certificate, it is necessary to complete 80% of the total program.

Please note that you can only be considered registered for the course when you receive the confirmation email, as there is a limit to the number of places available.

SELECTION METHOD:

Enrollment in the course will be carried out in strict order of enrollment (in courses with high demand, preference will be given to IBSAL personnel), according to the agreement of the IBSAL Training Commission.
