Through the call for proposals Pre-clinical Therapeutics Pipeline Program 2025-3 , the development of therapies with clear potential to prevent, halt, or slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease or to reduce the burden of daily symptoms.
Specifically, through the “Pre-Clinical” track will fund the identification, validation, and/or development of new pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions through preclinical development, from early detection to characterization and preclinical testing.
Funding for projects will depend on their novelty, development status, and priority.
Requirements:
Applicants must be basic or clinical researchers affiliated with:
- Biotechnology/pharmaceutical companies or other public or private for-profit organizations.
- Nonprofit organizations, whether public or private, such as universities, hospitals, or research centers.
*Only applications from industry and from partnerships between academia and industry will be accepted.

The application process consists of two phases, with three deadlines set for the review of proposals in 2025:
- January 12, 2025
- March 27, 2025
- Applications submitted by June 5, 2025, will be processed in August 2025.
