Call for Proposals Summary
On September 11, the Scientific Foundation will launch its annual call for applications for the 2026 AECC Talent Grants, aimed at interns, pre-doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, as well as clinical professionals.
This year, the AECC Pre-Doctoral Grant will be available in 37 provinces—the highest number to date—and the AECC “Junior Clinician in the Regions” call for applications continues, which strengthens clinical research nationwide, although awards will be made at the provincial level.
As a new development, the option to undertake a training assignment at another institution has been expanded to include the Postdoctoral, Researcher, Junior Clinician, and Senior Clinician categories, under competitive conditions. With these improvements, the Foundation continues to strengthen its increasingly robust grant programs and reaffirms its commitment to the scientific community and the development of research talent.
