Essential requirements

• Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.
• To be in possession of at least a Higher Technical Degree in Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory or in clinical diagnostics.
• To be in possession of a minimum of Function D for animal experimentation.

Duties to be performed

The selected person will perform the following functions:

• Isolation, culture and expansion procedures of Mesenchymal Cells for clinical use in different applications.
• Manufacturing procedures for gene therapy products, specifically CAR-T cells for clinical use.
• Maintenance of the GMP quality system and drafting of standardized work protocols.
• Performing some quality controls on the cellular products manufactured: cell viability and determination of endotoxin levels.

Job details

• Indefinite-term contract, scientific and technical activities (art. 23. Bis of Law 14/2011 LCTI).
• Full time: 35 hours.
• Financial compensation: €1,593.92 gross per month, including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.
• Cell Therapy Unit: Hematology Department of the University Hospital of Salamanca.
