Mentoring
IBSAL mentoring program is an initiative designed to foster the professional development of early career researchers. This program connects junior researchers with experienced academic and professional mentors, offering personalized guidance to explore and build successful careers.
Who is the target audience?
It is aimed primarily at postdoctoral researchers linked to IBSAL, although interested predoctoral researchers can also participate. Places are assigned in order of registration, provided that there is a suitable mentor in the area of interest of the person being mentored.

To participate, please complete the registration form, which will be available soon. The call for applications is open once a year, and mentoring takes place in the second semester.
