The call for proposals also seeks <strong>to advance the creation<\/strong> of a more just, inclusive, equitable, and compassionate society by fostering social cohesion. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #003c8c;\">Areas and Lines<\/h3>\n<p>Areas of focus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Older Adults<\/li>\n<li>People with disabilities, mental disorders, or illnesses<\/li>\n<li>Poverty and Social Inclusion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cross-cutting action areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social and Labor Integration<\/li>\n<li>Educational Opportunities for Equity<\/li>\n<li>Access to Temporary Housing Resources<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural Coexistence and Social Cohesion<\/li>\n<li>Promotion and Protection of Health and Mental Health<\/li>\n<li>Prevention of Violence and Addiction<\/li>\n<li>Culture as a Driver of Social Transformation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #003c8c;\">Evaluation Criteria<\/h3>\n<p>Projects must be aligned with the main objective of the call for proposals and, therefore:<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 These must be initiatives specifically aimed at people in socially vulnerable situations, with the goal of promoting social inclusion, equal opportunities, and an improved quality of life.<br \/>\n\u2014 These initiatives should also seek to advance the creation of a more just, inclusive, equitable, and compassionate society, fostering social cohesion.<\/p>\n<p>In general, projects that incorporate the following approaches will be viewed favorably:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multiple vulnerabilities, intersectionality, gender perspective<\/li>\n<li>Support, empowerment, participation<\/li>\n<li>Networking, collaboration with government agencies, participatory community processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #003c8c;\">Eligible Entities<\/h3>\n<p>The organizations eligible to apply for the call for proposals are:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Nonprofit<\/strong> organizations<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Social economy<\/strong>entities <strong>,<\/strong>whether for-profit or nonprofit, whose articles of incorporation explicitly state social cohesion or social and\/or cultural interests as their primary objective among the purposes listed therein (as defined in the glossary of<a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionlacaixa.org\/documents\/d\/guest\/convocatoria-social-castilla-leon-2026-bases-pdf\"> the call for proposals<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Public administrations are <strong>excluded<\/strong> from this call for proposals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #003c8c;\">Funding and Duration<\/h3>\n<p>\u2014 Projects submitted in response to the call for proposals may apply for grants of up to <strong>50,000\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The amount must be tied to the implementation of a project lasting up to <strong>12 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The amount requested may not exceed 75% of the total cost of the project.
