Purpose<\/h3>\n

Grant for research projects in the field of gastrointestinal tumors to be conducted in Spain over a period of one year. This TTD Research Project Grant<\/a> aims to promote translational research in the field of gastrointestinal neoplasms. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Requirements<\/h3>\n

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
\n\u2022 Be medical specialists in medical oncology\u2014preferably with up to 15 years* of experience since completing their residency\u2014or final-year medical oncology residents
\n\u2022 Be members of the TTD Group or in the process of applying for membership.
\n\u2022 Have permanent residency in Spain.
\n\u2022 Have an employment contract with the institution where the research project will be carried out, or a collaboration agreement with that institution.
\n\u2022 The grant applicant must be the principal investigator of the project.
\n(*) When calculating the maximum period of 15 years, interruptions due to the reasons listed in Annex I may be excluded.<\/p>\n

Documentation<\/h3>\n

\u2014 Application form: Applicant\u2019s information, including first and last names, national ID number, place of employment, and contact information, in accordance with the standard form available on the TTD Group\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2014 CVs of the principal investigator and research team members, following the abbreviated CVN format (https:\/\/cvn.fecyt.es\/editor\/#HOME), in Spanish or English.
\n\u2014 Scientific and technical proposal for the research project, in Spanish or English, using the standard form available on the TTD Group\u2019s website:
\nThe report consists of the following sections: Abstract, Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Work Plan and Timeline, Financial Report, and Bibliography. In addition, the potential development and implementation plan once the project is completed and the patentability of the research project\u2019s results.
\n\u2014 Any other information the applicant deems appropriate to include.
\nThe applicant, by signing, declares that all information provided is true. <\/p>\n

The same candidate may not submit two applications as principal investigator in the same call for proposals.
\nFollowing the public announcement of the results of the Research Grant competition\u2014or earlier if the applicant withdraws their project\u2014the documentation will be returned to those who request it. The documentation of grant recipients will be archived at the TTD headquarters. <\/p>\n

Please submit all documentation for the Research Project Grant application online<\/strong> via the TTD website at www.grupottd.org<\/a><\/p>\n

Alternatively, you may submit the original hard-copy documentation to the TTD Group Headquarters at C\/ T\u00e9llez 30 posterior, 1st floor, office 4-2\/4-3, 28007 Madrid. The outside of the envelope must indicate that it is for the Call for Research Project Grants, the application date, and the name of the principal investigator. <\/p>\n

Economic Conditions<\/h3>\n

The total amount of the grant is \u20ac10,000<\/strong> (4 grants for research projects).<\/p>\n

The full amount will be paid upon approval.<\/p>\n

The grant funds will be deposited with the institution that manages the research funds at the center where the researcher is employed and must be administered by the researcher, who must use the entire amount for the funded research project.<\/p>\n
