Submissions may be <strong>published<\/strong>, in press, accepted, submitted for publication in any scientific journal, or in preparation. Submissions may be written in Galician, Spanish, or English.  <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #003c8c\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n<div class=\"convocatoria_apartado_titulo_segundo_nivel\">\n<p><strong>Required documentation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cover Letter from the Lead Author.<\/li>\n<li>Letter from the institution where the project was carried out.<\/li>\n<li>Letter from the director of the research group that carried out the project.<\/li>\n<li>Award Application, using <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionsanrafael.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/SOLICITUD-PREMIO-RAFAEL-HERVADA-2024.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the application form provided<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A copy of the original work in one of the formats listed below:\n<ul>\n<li>Printed on paper: shipped by mail.<\/li>\n<li>Digital .PDF format: sent via email.<\/li>\n<li>You may submit digitized photographs or videos.<\/li>\n<li>The scope of the work is open-ended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"color: #003c8c\">Submission Deadline<\/h3>\n<p>Candidates wishing to be considered for the Award may submit their application, along with the works or studies they wish the jury to evaluate, no later than <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>midnight on September 30,<\/strong><\/span> , 2025.
