{"id":24824,"date":"2026-01-05T08:55:06","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T06:55:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ibsal.es\/evento\/4th-conference-on-rheumatic-diseases-with-renal-involvement\/"},"modified":"2026-01-05T08:55:06","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T06:55:06","slug":"4th-conference-on-rheumatic-diseases-with-renal-involvement","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/ibsal.es\/en\/evento\/4th-conference-on-rheumatic-diseases-with-renal-involvement\/","title":{"rendered":"4th Conference on Rheumatic Diseases with Renal Involvement"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span lang=\"EN-US\">4th Conference on Rheumatic Diseases with Renal Involvement<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5><strong>Objective<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n<p>To update the knowledge of professionals involved in the management of <strong>systemic vasculitides with renal involvement<\/strong>, incorporating advances in pathophysiology, diagnosis, emerging therapies, and a multidisciplinary approach involving nephrology, rheumatology, and immunology.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To review the immune mechanisms involved in the various forms of systemic vasculitis and their impact on kidney involvement.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the most relevant renal and extrarenal manifestations for early diagnosis and comprehensive patient follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>To analyze the recurrence of vasculitis in kidney transplantation, its incidence, and preventive strategies.<\/li>\n<li>To learn about new treatment options, including biologics and complement inhibitors, and their impact on prognosis.<\/li>\n<li>To promote collaboration and clinical communication among the departments involved in the diagnosis and treatment of systemic vasculitides.<\/li>\n<li>To promote hands-on learning through the interactive analysis of a real clinical case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Thursday, February 5, 2025<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Auditorium. Salamanca University Hospital <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ibsal.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/IV-Jornadas-de-Enfermedades-Reumatologicas-con-Compromiso-Renal.pdf\">4th Conference on Rheumatic Diseases with Renal Involvement<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enrollment:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>REGISTRATION:<\/p>\n<p>(NOTE: HUS personnel not affiliated to IBSAL are advised to register through the GESTION@ training application).<\/p>\n<p>The pre-registration deadline is Tuesday, February 3. You can pre-register individually through our website:<\/p>\n<p>In order to successfully complete the course and receive the relevant certificate, it is necessary to complete 80% of the total program.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that you will only be considered enrolled in the course once you receive the confirmation email, as there is a <strong>limit of 10 spots. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of selection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enrollment in the course will be carried out in strict order of enrollment (in courses with high demand, preference will be
