Beneficiaries<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Mutual M\u00e9dica Foundation, through the Impulsar(me) program, is announcing a new call<\/a> for applications for the Mutual M\u00e9dica Research Grant, intended for resident physicians<\/strong> who are in their final year<\/strong> or who have completed<\/strong> their residency within the last three years<\/strong>. The research must have potential applications in clinical practice. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u2022 The candidate must be a physician and a member of one of the Official Medical Associations in Spain.
\n\u2022 At the time of applying for the scholarship, the candidate must be in their final year of residency, or must have completed residency this year or in one of the three preceding years, from 2022 to 2024.
\n\u2022 The research proposal must include the title of the project, the name of the fellow, the primary and secondary objectives, the research hypothesis, the materials and methodology to be used, as well as the relevance and potential clinical implications of the research.
\n\u2022 The work must be completed within a maximum of two years from the date the first grant was awarded.
\n\u2022 Members of the Board of Directors of Mutual M\u00e9dica and the Board of Trustees of the Mutual M\u00e9dica Foundation, as well as their family members, are not eligible for the scholarship.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Funding<\/span><\/h3>\n

The scholarship is worth \u20ac25,000,<\/strong> which the Mutual M\u00e9dica Foundation will award to the winner. The scholarship funds will be disbursed in three installments:
\n\u00bb \u20ac9,000 upon awarding the scholarship,
\n\u00bb \u20ac9,000 after six months, and then
\n\u00bb \u20ac6,000 upon completion of the project, with a maximum time limit of 2 years from the award of the scholarship.
\n\u00bb The remaining \u20ac1,000 will be paid to the project director. <\/p>\n

\u2014 The scholarship may be declared void.
\n\u2014 The scholarship jury may award up to two runner-up prizes of \u20ac5,000 each.
\n\u2014 The Mutual M\u00e9dica Scholarship is not incompatible<\/strong> with other types of funding for the completion of the project.
\n\u2014 The scholarship will be awarded on November 27, 2025, and will be presented by the president of the Mutual M\u00e9dica Foundation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Rules for Participation<\/span><\/h3>\n

To be eligible for the grant, the research physician must submit the following documentation:
\n\u2022 Application for participation: Please fill out the form available at www.fundacionmutualmedica.com<\/a>.
\n\u2022 Copy of your ID card.
\n\u2022 A certificate from the Director of Labor attesting to the candidate\u2019s qualifications, stating the Director\u2019s commitment to monitor the candidate\u2019s progress, and verifying that the work can be completed within a
\ntwo-year period.
\n\u2022 A certificate from the director of the center or institution where the research is to be conducted, confirming acceptance of the proposed work and stating that the technical capabilities necessary for its completion are available.
\n\u2022 A document from the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the relevant accrediting institution stating its approval, if the study involves the participation of patients.
\n\u2022 Resume.
\n\u2022 Research Project.<\/p>\n

The deadline<\/strong> for submitting documentation is September 30, 2025.<\/strong>
