Research Laboratory Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-requisitos-imprescindibles\">Essential requirements<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be in possession of at least a Higher Technical Degree in Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory or in clinical diagnostics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be in possession of a minimum of Function D for animal experimentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-funciones-a-desempenar\">Duties to be performed<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The selected person will perform the following functions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Isolation, culture and expansion procedures of Mesenchymal Cells for clinical use in different applications.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Manufacturing procedures for gene therapy products, specifically CAR-T cells for clinical use.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Maintenance of the GMP quality system and drafting of standardized work protocols.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Performing some quality controls on the cellular products manufactured: cell viability and determination of endotoxin levels.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-detalles-del-puesto\">Job details<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indefinite-term contract, scientific and technical activities (art. 23.
