Financial Aid to Hire Specialist Physicians and Personnel with Diplomas, Bachelor\u2019s Degrees, or Graduate Degrees in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Clinical Psychology to Provide Clinical Care as Professionals Affiliated with IBSAL.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be <strong>a healthcare professional with <\/strong>a proven scientific background who is employed by the Salamanca University Healthcare Complex or the Salamanca Primary Care Administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a member of one of the <strong>IBSAL research groups<\/strong> as of the date of application submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Category A:<\/strong> Specialist Physicians  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ph.D. degree and, in addition, serve as the principal investigator (PI) on at least one active competitive project managed by IBSAL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Category B:<\/strong> nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or clinical psychology.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a principal investigator or be a member of the research team for an active competitive project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The number of additional staff will be 5:<br\/><strong>\u20143 professionals for <\/strong>Category A and <strong>2 professionals for <\/strong>Category B.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application and Required Documentation:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Application Form<\/strong> (Annex I)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of <strong>10 publications indexed<\/strong> in the Journal Citation Report since 2020 (Appendix II)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of <strong>research projects<\/strong> funded since 2020 and <strong>technology
