{"id":24536,"date":"2025-11-24T09:56:40","date_gmt":"2025-11-24T07:56:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ibsal.es\/convocatorias\/call-for-grant-applications-for-ibsal-research-areas\/"},"modified":"2026-08-04T12:57:34","modified_gmt":"2026-08-04T10:57:34","slug":"call-for-grant-applications-for-ibsal-research-areas","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/ibsal.es\/en\/convocatorias\/call-for-grant-applications-for-ibsal-research-areas\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Grant Applications for IBSAL Research Areas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A call for proposals to fund general activities for all groups in the area, or specific calls for proposals for certain actions to be carried out by these groups.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The budget for the grants will be \u20ac20,000, distributed proportionally based on the number of groups in each area<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As a general rule, <strong>each group in the area may receive only one grant if it is intended exclusively for that group,<\/strong> unless the area coordinators determine that it is appropriate to award more than one grant to a single group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Funding will not be restricted if the activity is a joint effort among several groups, such as <\/strong>the organization of outreach events, training sessions, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application, Required Documentation, and Deadlines<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the case of general grants for the area, the coordinator will be responsible for completing and submitting the <strong>Expense Request Form (Appendix II) <\/strong>directly <strong>to <\/strong> <strong>proyectos@ibsal.es<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For grants for a specific group, the principal investigator (PI) must submit the <strong>Group Application Form for Areas (Appendix I)<\/strong> to the area coordinator <strong>.<\/strong> Once reviewed and approved, the coordinator will forward the <a><strong>Expense Request Form<\/strong> <strong>(Appendix II) <\/strong><\/a>to the email address <a href=\"mailto:proyectos@ibsal.es\"><strong>proyectos@ibsal.es<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Applications may be submitted<\/strong>starting from the<strong> date<\/strong> the call for applications<strong> is published<\/strong> and <strong>throughout 2026 via <\/strong>email to <em>proyectos@ibsal.es.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Downloadable documents:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ibsal.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/2025_Convocatoria-ayuda-areas.pdf\">Call for Applications  <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ibsal.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025_Anexo-I_Convocatoria-ayuda-areas.docx\">Appendix I<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ibsal.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2025_Anexo-II_Convocatoria-ayuda-areas.docx\">Appendix II<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A call for proposals to fund general activities for all groups in the area, or specific calls for proposals for certain actions to be carried out by these groups.
