SUMMARY:Reticular Model of Organization and Community Care for People with Mental Illness
DESCRIPTION:Coeducational Course: “Reticular Model of Organization and Community Care for People with Mental Illness“ \n  \nObjective: \nTo explain how the network-based model for organizing mental health services and facilities works\, with a focus on the coordination of social and health care services and between mental health and primary care. \n  \nSpecific objectives: \n\nBecome familiar with all the health and social care services integrated into the mental health social-health care network under the network model. Describe the operations and objectives of the Assertive Community Treatment Unit. Conduct a study to develop a feasible proposal for implementation in your workplace.\nTo understand the changes introduced by the model to improve the quality of care in the field of mental health. \nIdentify the epistemological and organizational foundations of the model and its implementation in a healthcare region such as Zamora. \nTo lay the groundwork for coordination among distinct care networks—such as social-health\, social\, and health care networks—as well as to define the new roles of workers within these networks.\n\nDate: \nFrom August 1 to December 31\, 2025. \n  \nLocation: \nOnline and the Zamora Mental Health Department. \n  \nEnrollment:   \n  \nRegistration is open throughout the academic year on an individual basis via our website. \nIn order to successfully complete the course and receive the relevant certificate\, it is necessary to complete 80% of the total program. \n  \nPrice: \n50 euros (USAL students\, PhD students\, IBSAL members\, students from developing countries\, primarily in Latin America). \n150 euros (general admission). \n  \nMethod of selection: \nEnrollment in the course will be carried out in strict order of enrollment (in courses with high demand\, preference will be given to IBSAL personnel)\, according to the agreement of the IBSAL Training Commission. \n
