DESCRIPTION:Features\nThe work program for Cluster 1 (Health) under Horizon Europe has been published:  Work Program Horizon Europe Cluster 1 Health 2025. It is part of the new Horizon Europe strategic plan for the 2025–2027 period. The main priorities focus on social cohesion\, inclusion\, and the overall health and well-being of Europeans\, in line with the European Pillar of Social Rights. Unless otherwise specified in the specific conditions of the call\, only legal entities that form a consortium will be eligible to participate in the actions\, provided that the consortium includes\, as beneficiaries\, three legal entities that are independent of one another\, each established in a different country\, in accordance with the following criteria:  \n\n\nat least one independent legal entity established in a Member State; and \n\n\nat least two other independent legal entities\, each established in different Member States or Associated Countries. \n\n\nLegal entities established in Russia\, Belarus\, or in territories of Ukraine not controlled by the government are not eligible. \nHow to apply\nApplications consist of two sections: \n-Part A (to be completed online) contains administrative information related to the consortium\, the budget\, and specific details of the call for proposals. \n-Part B (a template downloaded from the Commission’s website must be completed) contains the scientific and technical aspects of the project. \n  \nSubmission deadline.\nIf the application process consists of two phases\, these are the dates: \n-Single stage: September 16\, 2025 \n-Two stages: April 16\, 2026 \nIf the calls for applications are for a single phase\, the deadline is: \n-Single stage: September 16\, 2025
