SUMMARY:Con-ciencia Coffee Talks
DESCRIPTION:The project “Charlas café con-ciencia” seeks to promote the transfer of knowledge between the Institute of Biomedical Research of Salamanca (IBSAL) and third sector entities\, with the collaboration of AFIBROSAL. Through a series of meetings\, scientific research will be brought closer to patients\, associations and citizens in general\, creating a space for dialogue and exchange of experiences on chronic and autoimmune diseases.  \nThe talks will be conducted in a dynamic and participatory format\, based on the World Café methodology\, which favors conversation in a welcoming environment. \n  \n\n  \n1st talk: Thursday\, April 10\, 2025 \nFrom 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.\, at the Trujillo Integrated Municipal Center \nWith Antonio Javier Chamorro Fernández\, a researcher at IBSAL. \nFeaturing ASALU as the guest organization. \nWith AFRIBROSAL as the organizing entity \nLimited capacity. Register by April 4 using this form.  \n  \n2nd talk: Wednesday\, May 7\, 2025 \nFrom 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.\, at the Trujillo Integrated Municipal Center \nWith Inés Llamas Ramos\, a researcher at IBSAL\, USAL\, and CAUSA; and Federico Montero Cuadrado\, founder and coordinator of the Active Coping Strategies Unit for the treatment of chronic pain in Sacyl’s primary care system\, and professor at UVA and UEMC \nWith AFRIBROSAL as the organizing entity \nLimited capacity.
