DESCRIPTION:Features\n  \nThe Breakthrough T1D organization is now accepting applications for project concepts. This is a semi-annual call for Letters of Intent for Strategic Research Agreements that address Breakthrough T1D’s current research strategy.  \nThis call supports individual and collaborative projects that address critical gaps and challenges in type 1 diabetes research. \nRequirements:\n\nProposals may be submitted by nonprofit or public organizations. Generally\, for-profit organizations will not be considered\, except under special circumstances. \nApplicants must hold an MD\, DMD\, DVM\, DO\, PhD\, or equivalent degree and hold a faculty position or equivalent at a college\, university\, medical school\, company\, or other research facility.\n\nHow to apply\nThe application process consists of two steps. Letters of Intent (LOIs) must be submitted through the RMS360 portal.
